Employee Spotlight: June

Our June Employee Spotlight is here and this month we are recognizing our colleague, Mat Polanco. Mat began at redIQ over 2 years ago, as the Group Manager of Business Development at redIQ. Along with his esteemed teammates Troy Larkin, Zarrin Syeda and Jordan Cohen, Mat is responsible for keeping the top of the sales funnel full with new clients.

By working cross teams with Marketing and Sales to strategize creative ways to reach new prospects and ensure we have the most effective systems and technologies in place, Mat continues to lead and innovate. His continued drive and insight has helped ensure quality leads for our Account Executives, and always thinking outside the box.

Outside of work you will find Mat recording interviews for and producing the “Experience a Day in the Life & Work a Day in the Life” podcasts. Thank you Mat for your hard work and dedication, redIQ would not be the same without your drive and insight!
