The redIQ application is comprised of a web and an Excel component.
Web Component
Supported Browsers
You can access the redIQ web component via a supported web browser installed on a Windows PC or Macintosh computer.
In general, the redIQ web component supports the current and prior major release of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari on a rolling basis. If you use a browser other than those listed below, you will be blocked from accessing that application for security reasons.

Partially Supported Browsers
The following browsers only support basic functionality in the redIQ web component. They should be generally usable, but you may experience some difficulties.

The Excel component of redIQ is supported on Excel 2010 through Excel 2016 running on Windows 7 through Windows 10.
Office for Mac is not supported.
Other spreadsheet programs are not supported.
